Who provides the service
Utilife is provided by Utilife Software Publishing. These terms apply when you browse the website, create an account, use a demo, or use any Utilife app.
Service area
Utilife is currently built and supported for customers in the Philippines. Paid plans are billed in PHP and require a supported Philippine bank or e-wallet. Outside the Philippines? Try our demos and contact us with your country and the app you need.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the information entered in your account and for keeping account access secure. Paid access is activated after payment is confirmed by our review workflow or by an enabled payment provider.
Acceptable use
Do not use Utilife to upload unlawful content, misrepresent your business, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse customer data collected through your own shop workflows.
Do not list, advertise, offer, or sell regulated goods through Utilife unless you hold all permits, licences, and approvals required for those goods and keep them valid. You are responsible for meeting the rules that apply to your goods and business.
Do not use Utilife for online sexual abuse or exploitation of children (OSAEC), or to create, upload, share, promote, sell, or distribute child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAEM). This content and activity are prohibited.
Payments and subscriptions
Pricing is shown on each product page before signup or upgrade. Utilife Loyalty and Utilife Orders are paid by billing period when enabled; Utilife Split Pro is offered as a one-time lifetime upgrade. Payment availability can vary by product and review status.
Affiliate program
Commissions are earned when someone who is not already a paying customer of Utilife Loyalty, Utilife Orders, or the Bundle subscribes through your link, on their first payment for one of them. One such commission is available per referred account; renewals, upgrades, and second products do not earn another. A referred account's first Split Pro purchase earns a separate one-time commission.
Referrals must be genuine new customers. A referred account must not be owned or controlled by the affiliate.
We may reverse a commission, or offset it against future payouts, if the payment is refunded or the referral does not meet these terms, and may suspend or close an affiliate account at our discretion.
Changes and availability
We may update product features, pricing, and these terms as the platform develops. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
