Who provides the service
Utilife is provided by Utilife Software Publishing. These terms apply when you browse the website, create an account, use a demo, or use any Utilife app.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the information entered in your account and for keeping account access secure. Paid access is activated after payment is confirmed by our review workflow or by an enabled payment provider.
Acceptable use
Do not use Utilife to upload unlawful content, misrepresent your business, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse customer data collected through your own shop workflows.
Payments and subscriptions
Pricing is shown on each product page before signup or upgrade. Kintal and OrderKo are paid by billing period when enabled; Ambagan Pro is offered as a one-time lifetime upgrade. Payment availability can vary by product and review status.
Changes and availability
We may update product features, pricing, and these terms as the platform develops. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
