Settle up
On the Pay tab, pick the name under Who is paying. Open the bill to be paid.
Under Settle up, tap the Pay button next to the receiver's name. Enter the amount and an optional note.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does everyone in my group need an app or an account?
No. They just open the shared link in their browser. They pick their name before adding a bill or recording a payment.
Does Utilife Split transfer money?
No. You still pay through GCash, cash, or any other way. Record this payment only updates the balance inside Utilife Split.
What if a share was entered wrong?
Open the Add / Edit tab, tap Edit on the bill, fix the amount, then tap Save changes.
Can I stop members from making sudden edits?
Yes. Choose Require my approval before member edits go live when you create the group. New shares wait in pending until you approve them.
How many bills are allowed on the free plan?
The free plan allows up to 10 active bills. You can settle or archive old bills, or go Pro for unlimited bills.
