Quick guide for customers

Three things worth knowing before you use Utilife Orders, Utilife Split, or Utilife Loyalty from a shared link.

    Utilife Orders: Payment and the 15-minute acceptance window

    Utilife Orders has no in-app payment. For pay-before shops: Pay at the counter now. Unpaid orders not accepted within 15 minutes expire. We will update you here.

    For pay-after shops: The shop has up to 15 minutes to accept your order. We will update you here.

    Utilife Split: Check the name before you claim it

    Claiming a name is permanent on the shared link. Only the person who made this split can undo it.

    Utilife Split does not transfer money. Pay through GCash, cash, or another method, then record the payment to update the balance.

    Utilife Loyalty: Nicknames, request waits, and card rules

    Choose a nickname that is unique at the shop. After you request a stamp, the seller has up to 2 minutes to approve it.

    There is usually about a 4-hour wait before the next stamp. Depending on the shop rules, the card may repeat after a reward or end.
